Welcome to Wikiup. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our mobile application (the “App”) operated by Wikiup (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using Wikiup, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

• You agree to use Wikiup only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You acknowledge that Wikiup provides access to Wikipedia content and features such as article exploration, discovery, and personalized suggestions.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features of Wikiup may require a subscription, billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your respective store account settings before the renewal date.
• We do not have access to your payment details and are not responsible for billing issues handled by Apple or Google.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, including UI, design, and features, are owned by Wikiup or its licensors. Wikipedia content remains under the license provided by Wikimedia Foundation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our original content without permission.

4. Privacy

Your use of Wikiup is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and disclose information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wikiup and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. We do not guarantee that the App will function uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activity.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted within the App. Your continued use after such updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
